Aaron and his team were absolutely amazing during the sale of our house. They were super friendly and made the process feel so easy. The photos taken and video made were so good and made our house look so desirable. Communication was so much easier than with other estate agents as we used Whatsapp messages and voice notes as well as phone calls. Don't often give 5 stars but Aaron & The Property Cloud are worthy of it. I was recommended this company, and so pleaded I was. I was unsure about using a business that didn't have a high street office, but didn't need to worry. From the minute I signed up, everything went smoothly. I was out of the country when my property went on the market, and within 5 days after the first set the property was sold at the price I was asking. I had tenants in the property at the time but Aaron and his staff dealt with everything. All questions were dealt with efficiently and quickly. The whole process took just over 4 months. I highly recommend The Property Cloud, the advertising and video were very professional and made the property look amazing. The advice Aaron gave about preparing the property before putting it on the market was very valuable. If only I knew about The Property Cloud when I was selling my parents home in the same area, using a local business. The sale of this property took over 18 months and I spent a lot of time chasing them for updates.

I’m extremely pleased to review the excellent agency service provided by Luke Grey and his team in relation to the sale of my house in Crayford that completed in late 2024. From the outset, Luke came well equipped with the market information needed to assess the most realistic asking price and a positive negotiating approach to agree an attractive sales commission rate. Thereafter Luke supported every stage of the conveyancing process, keeping both sets of solicitors on their toes, providing an excellent channel of information with the buyer and hosting every viewing appointment that the buyer requested. Despite some conveyancing complexities that developed in the latter stages of the sale Luke ensured that all parties were kept updated and focused on a sale completion timetable that suited all parties. I’ve dealt with several estate agents over the years but Luke stands out as the most genuine (personally) and the most professionally driven and I would absolutely recommend the services of his agency.
