This agency is far the best I have ever rented from. Absolutely amazing team, very customer oriented and looking after their tenants. We were with them for 7 years before the property we lived in was sold to other owner. If I ever need to rent again I’ll be sure to check their property list first! I am delighted to share my experience to sort out some issues. I found Aaron on facebook in a group. In the beginning It was weird for me to text to ask for help but in the end I was motivated to try my luck. Aaron is a skilled and professional in answering the questions. 10 stars. I have been renting via Property Cloud for 3 years now and I can only say that these guys have changed my perception of the real estate agencies 180 degrees. Especially Aaron and Pam, they put in every effort 24/7 to make sure the tenants are happy, safe and welcomed home in the property they manage. Having had a bad experience previously where I even lost my deposit, with Peperty Cloud I have always felt like a normal person and mainly - taken care of tenant. Goes both ways, if you apply your common sense and take care of a property that is not yours but is trusted to you, then that's what you get back: nice, respectful and grown up attitude. I am ever grateful for this positive experience. Highly recommended! And if you want to be dealing with real, genuine people who are not trying to turn your pockets inside out, then that's them.
